in Avella,Wash.Co.Penna.as follows:
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Gladys or
In the event she is not 1ivelng ,to my daughter Dona ,and assigns
forever,all my property,real,personal and mixedof what nature
and kind soever and wheresoever,the same shall be at the time of
my deathto and for her and their absolute use and benefit according
to the nature and quality thereof respeutive1y,subject only to the
payment of my just debts,funeral and testament expenses and the
charge of proving and reg~stering this my will and I appoint my.ife
