SECOND CODICIL
I,MARGARET MC'~UISTON DICKIE,of the Borough of East
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be the
Second Codicil to my last Will dated March 4,1975.
ITEM I:I amend r;aragraph SECOND of my said "VVill so that
the same shall now read:
SECOND:I give my tangible personal property,together
with any insurance policies thereon,to my cousin,AIDA ROSS
BEE,or if she prEdeceases me,to my cousin,Ilv'.FULLERTON
ROSS,or if he predeceases us both,to his children who survive
both AIDA ROSS BEE and me,in such shares as they mc.y each
select,and any unselected items shall be sold by my Executor
and the proceeds added to the residue of my estate.
ITEM II:I amend paragraph FOURTH (C)of my aaid Will so that
the same shall now read:
FOURTH:(C)Twenty (20%)percent to MARY WEBB DICKIE,
former wife of William Dickie,if she survives me.
ITEM III:I amend paragraph FOURTH of my said Will to add para-
graph (I)to read:
FOURTH:(I)r:='wenty (20%)percent to my cousin,AIDA ROSS
BEE,or,if she predeceases me,to my cousin,W.FULLERTON
ROSS,or his issue per stirpes.
ITEM IV:I amend paragraph FIFTH of my said Will so that the
same shall now read:

FIFTH:I appoint MELLON BANK N.A.EXEcutor of this
my Will,giving tc my Executor,in addition to the authcrity con-
ferred by law,the power to sell any or all of my property,real
or personal,at p1:.blic or private sale,at such time and for such
price and upon such terms and conditions as it may see fit,or in
its discretion to retain the same for distribution in kind,and the
power,but not the duty,to invest any cash withe-ut being limited
to "legal"investments.
No bond shall be required of any fiduciary ~lereunder
in any jurisdiction.
ITEM V:In all other respects I hereby ratify,confirm and republish
my last Will dated Marcr_4,1975,together with my First Codicil dated July
11,1975,and this Second Codicil,as and for my last Will.

ITEM I:I amend paragraph FIRST (A)of my said Will so that
the same shall now read:
FIRST:(A)I di:-eet that my body be interred 1:eside
the grave of my late husband,M.ALLAN DICKIE,in the
Homewood Cemetery,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.

I,MARGARET McQUISTON DICKIE,of the Borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Will,hereby revoking any
and all Wills and Codicils 3.t any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST:(A)I direct bat my body be cremated and after a graveside
service my ashes be interred beside the grave of my late husband in Homewood
Cemetery,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
(B)I direct that the expenses of my last illr:.ess and funeral shall
be paid from my estate as soon as may be convenient aftEr my death.
SECOND:I give my tangible personal property,together with any insurance
policies thereon,to MARY WEBB DICKIE,former wife of Willie-m Dickie,if
she survives me.If she does not survive me I give to her children who survive
us both so much of said property as they may each select;the person having
custody of any minor children of MARY WEBB DICKIE may assist in selecting
the said child's share and may receipt therefor to my executors without giving
bond.
THIRD:I give the sum of TWO THOUSAND (2,000.CO)DOLLARS to the
ST.SAVIOUR'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF BAR HARBOR,MAINE,in memory
of my daughter,Margaret M.Dickie.
FOURTH:All the residue of my estate I give in shares as follows,any
lapsed share to be added prorata to the other shares:
(A)Five (5)percent to my nephew,BRYCE McQ.KASPAR,if
he survives rne;

FUND OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY
WOMEN EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION,in memory·of my

FIFTH:I appoint MARY WEBB DICKIE and MELLON BANK N.A.,
Executors of this my Will,giving to my Executors,in addition to the authority
conferred by law,the power to sell any or all of my proper:y,real or personal,
at public or private sale,3.t such time and for such price and u:f:on such terms
and conditions as they may see fit,or in their discretion to retc..in the same
for distribution in kind,and the power,but not the duty,to invest any cash
without being limited to "legal"investments.
No bond shall be required of any fiduciary hereunjer in any
jurisdiction.

SIXTH:I appoint ME LLON BANK N.A.,guardian of any property
which passes,either under this will or otherwise,to a minor and with
respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not other-
wise specifically done so.(It is my desire,however,the:.t any items of
tangible personal property distributable to a minor shall not be distributed
to the guardian but shall either be delivered to the minor or to aL adult with
whom the minor resides.)Such guardian shall have the power to use princi-
pal as well as income from time to time for the minor's s-.1pport and education
(including college education,both graduate and undergradeate)without regard
to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support and education,or to
make payment for these pur:;:>oses,without further responsibility,to the minor
or to the minor's parent or -:0 any person taking care of the minor.
SEVENTH:I direct that all estate,inheritance and othEr taxes in the
nature thereof,together with any interest and penalties thereon,becoming
payable because of my death with respect to the property constituting my gross
estate for death tax purposes,whether or not such property passes under this
Will,shall be paid from the principal of my residuary estate;and no person
receiving or having a beneficial interest in any such property,whether under
this Will or otherwise,shall at any time be required to contribute to or refund
any part thereof;PROVIDED,however,that any gifts which qualify as a
charitable deduction shall be computed prior to the payment of such taxes and
shall not be subject thereto.
EIGHTH:If any person or institution entitled to share in distribution
under the terms of this Will becomes an adverse party in any proceeding to
contest the probate of this Will,such person or institution shall forfeit his,her
or its entire interest hereunder and all provisions in favor 0:such person or
institution shall be void anc.of no effect.This share of such person or insti-
tution so forfeited shall be distributed as a part of the residue under Item
FOURTH hereof except that if such person or institution is entitled to share
in the residue that interest shall be distributed proportionately to the other
residuary distributees.
