I,EVELYN ELIZABETH CRAIG,of the City of Washington,'Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make this,my Last Will and.Testament,hereby
revoking in full any and all wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and devise to my brother,Ralph Armstrong Craig,or
the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,my house and lot
situate in the seventh Ward of the City of Washington,Washington COlmty,Penn
sylvania,and known as 1150 Summer1ea Avenue.
THIRD:I glve and devise to my brother,James E.Craig,of the City
of Washington,Washingtcn County,Pennsylvania,my house and lot si.tuate in
the Seventh Ward of the City of Washington,washington County,PennsYlvania,
and known as 1060 Summerlea Avenue.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my property,whethe
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or description,and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to my brother,Ralph Armstrong Craig,to
be his,absolutely,forever.
FIFTH:I name,constitute,and appoint my brother,Ralph Armstrong
Craig,to be Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament;but,if my said
brother should predecease me,I name,constitute,and appoint my brother,James
E.Craig,to be Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said EVELYN ELIZABETH CRAIG,have to this,
my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal,this 9th day of
October ,A.D.1953.
