LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
.L FELl,X CA~PL of Donora..Washing~on County,Pennsylvania,
do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revoke all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:If my wife,Golda Carpi,survives me and survives a period of
six months following my death,then I give,devise and bequeath all of
my estate,whether real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same
may be situate,unto my said wife.Golda Carpi.
SECOND:If my wife,Golda Carpi,does not survive me and does not
survive a period of six months following my death,then I give,devise
and bequeath my estate as follows:
(A)To my daughters,Ellen Carpi Polkabla and Lena Carpi,
share and share alike.I give.devise and bequeath my three story brick
"apartment building located at 749 McKean Avenue,Donora.Pennsylvania,
being Lot numbered 13 in Block numbered 14 of the Union Improvement
Company's Plan of the Borough of Donora.
(B)To my daughter,Mary Carpi Cristofori.and my two sons,
Fred Carpi and Robert Carpi,in equal shares,I give.devise and bequeath

(D)All the rest.residue and remainder of my estate.whether
real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,I
