I,FRANC'SCO B TOLO ZI,residing in the Borough of
Dunlevy,ashing~on County,ennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,deolare
and publish the following to be my last Will .and estament,
hereby revoking and making void all former VilIs by me at an
time heretofore made.
Item l~I direct that my xecutors,hereinafter
named,shall pay all the just debts and claims for which my
estate becomes liable,as soon after my decease as may be.
Item 2.In the event that I am survived by my dea
wife,I give,devise and bequeath to her all my household
goods and furniture absolutely and all of my real estate for
and during the term of her natural life.
Item 3.Upon the death of my said wife,or in cas
she does not survive me,I give,devise and bequeath all my
real estate,including the house and premises~at Dunlevy,Pa.,
unto my two sons,Ralph and Santa,equally,forever.
Item 4.I give and bequeath Twenty-Five 25.00)
ollars each to my four following grandchildren:-1.Je'nnie
Bartofozzi;2.Flora Tintor1;3.rmando Tintori;4.Tecl
intori.
Item 6.I nominate and appoint my two sons,Ralph
and Santa,to be the Executors of this,my last ill and
estament,and give,devise and bequeath unto them,equally,
the residue and remainder of my estate.
