I,James Roy Conner,Sr.,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare
this my Last Will and Testament,revoking all wills by me at any
time heretofore made:
FIRST.I give,devise and bequeath all my
estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate unto my beloved
wife,Pauline Lyon Conner;provided,however,that if my said wife
shall have predeceased me,then and in such case I give,devise and
bequeath my entire estate,share and share alike to my children,
Rebecka C.McNutt,James Roy Conner,Jr.,and Robert Lyon Conner.
SECOND AND LAST.I nominate,constitute and
appoint my beloved wife,Pauline Lyon Conner,to be Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament;provided,however,that if my said
wife shall have predeceased me or shall for any reason be unable to
act,then and in such case I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
James Roy Conner,Jr.,to be Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
WITNESS my hand and seal to this my Last Will
and Testament this 1.5F£.day of August,1960.

do hereby make my Last Will and Testament.and revoke all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:If my wife.Golda Carpi.survives me and survives a period of
six months following my death.then I give.devise and bequeath all of
my estate.whether real.personal or mixed and wheresoever the same
may be situate.unto my said wife.Golda Carpi.
SECOND:If my wife.Golda Carpi.does not survive me and does not
survive a period of six months following my death.then I give.devise
and bequeath my estate as follows:
(A)To my daughters.Ellen Carpi Polkabla and Lena Carpi.
share and share alike.I give.devise and bequeath my three story brick

(C)It is to be understood that the furniture in my apartment
at 749 McKean Avenue.Donora.Pennsylvania.belongs to my daughter.
