I,S.M.BYERS,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking in full
any and all Wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST.I direct my Executrix to pay my debts and funeral expenses
SECOND.I direct my Executrix to cause headstones to be placed at
the grave of my deceased wife,and also at the graves of my deceased brother
and sisters,John Henry Byers,Sue Hemming,and Anna Ailes,and also to erect a
headstone similar to the one at my wife's grave,at my grave --all of which
shall be erected at a cost which shall not exceed Six Hundred ($600.00)Dollars
THIRD.After the paYlOOnt of my debts,and funeral expenses,and
the erection of the said headstones,I give and bequeath to Pearl Closser,of
the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Fifteen
Hundred ($1,500.00)Dollars,which is to be in addition to any wages which I
may owe to her at the time of my death.
FOURTH.After the payment of the foregoing legacy,I give and
bequeath to Edward Wigman,III,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars,to
be used,if he still be a minor,for his benefit at any time,for such purpose
or purposes (such as his education or starting in business)as his guardian,
hereinafter named,may,in her sole discretion deem to be in the best interests
of the said Edward Wigman,III.
FIFTH.All the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever nature or description,and wheresoever situate,whether real,per-
sonal,or mixed,I give and devise unto my sister Rosalie B.lewis,of the
City of Washington,Pennsylvania,my sister Blanche Sholly,of Bloomsburg,
Pennsylvania,my nephew Ralph Byers,now living in the State of California,
and my nephew John Will Ailes,of Garden City,Michigan,in equal shares,to
be theirs,absolutely,forever.
SIXTH.In the event that he should be a minor at the time of

my death,I name,constitute,and appoint Allene Walker,of R.D.#4,Wash-
ington,Pennsylvania,to be Guardian of the Estate of Edward Wigman,III.
SEVENTH.I appoint and name my sister,Rosalie B.Lewis,to be
Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
