LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
FLORA HARTSIC
I,FLORA HARTSI~Widow,of the Township of Mount
Pleasant,County of Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this,
my Last will and Testament,hereby revoking and declaring null
and void any and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
the expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses as soon
as the same can be done conveniently after my death.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
Estate,real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my children,share and share alike.
THIRD:I appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,McDonald,
Pennsylvania,as guardian of all property,including choses in
action,payable to any minor as a result of my death,granting
and g~ving to said guardian the following powers in additio~to
all powers granted by law:
(a)To retain any property,real or personal,
received by said guardian in kind and to sell,
mortgage or lease the same upon such terms and
condition as it deems advisable and giving good
title to any real estate sold.
(b)To disburse without leave or order of court
to or for the benefit of each of the minors so
much of the income from and the principal of the
minor's share of my Estate as it,in its sole
discretion,deems advisable for the minor's
comfort,support,maintenance and complete edu-
cation,including preparatory,college and post-
graduate or professional training,and to aid
the minor in the event of any illness,injury
or other emergency affecting the minor wherein
money is needed.
(c)In the event that any such minor should
die without leaving issue during the guardian-
ship hereinbefore mentioned,the Guardian shall
pay and distribute that deceased minor's share
of the Estate then in its hands to my children,
per stirpes,who shall survive the deceased minor.
FOURTH:I empower my Executor,in his discretion,to
sell,exchange,mortgage or lease any and all real estate of which
I die seized and to repair,alter or make any improvements thereon,

as well as to execute and deliver any instruments and to receive
or make any payments required in connection therewith.
FIFTH:I name,nominate and appoint my son,ROBERT
BARTON,to be Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and
direct that he serve without bond.If for any reason he shall be
or become unavailable so to serve,then I name and appoint my
d~ughter,VIRGINIA RAMIREZ,to be Executrix of this,my Last
Will and Testament,and direct that she serve without bond.
