Sworn to or affirmed and subscribed .27thbeforemethis.... . . . . . . . . . ...day of ~9 LAS T W ILL AND T EST A MEN T I,ETHEL DAVIS,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,who being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do on this 23rd day of July,1975,hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament. 1.I hereby revoke any and all Wills,Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. 2.I nominate and appoint my daughter,RUTH D.TORBERT, to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament and I direct that she be permitted to serve without bond. 3.In the event that my Executrix aforenamed should be unable to serve or unable to complete the duties of her appointment, then I nominate and appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that it be permitted to serve without bond. 4.I direct that my Executrix promptly pay from out of the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts includinJ the expense of my funeral and the costs of administration. 5.I glve,devise and bequeath all of my prJperty whether the same be real,personal or mixed unto my daughter,RUTH D.TORBERT, in fee simple forever. 6.In the event that my daughter aforenamed should have predeceased me,or in the event that we should meet our jeaths in a common disaster,or if my daughter should not survive me for a period of thirty (30)days,then I give,devise and bequeath all of my prop- erty unto my Executor and I direct that it sell the same for the best i: obtainable price,at either private or public sale and,thereafter, divide the proceeds equally among my granddaughters,SARAH JANE HENLINE and LILIBET TORBERT. 7.However,if my granddaughters should take under the terms of this Will then the following provisions shall apply: (a)I nominate and appoint the Pittsburgh National Bank to be the guardian of their estate or estates. (b)I authorize the guardian to invest and reinvest ac- cording to the Prudent Man Rule. (c)I authorize the guardian to payout all of the income and as much of the principal as might be necessary for the proper maintenance,support and education of my granddaughters. (d)I direct that any assets held for them shall be free from attachment or aS3ignment. (e)I direct that as each of them becomes 25 years of age,she shall receiv2 one-half of her share with the balance being pai over to each of them ~s they reach 30 years of age.
