IN THE NAME OF GOD:AMEN
I,GENEVIEVE CANCILLA,residing at No.517 Grant Avenue,
Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Te stament,hereby revoking all prior
wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I hereby direct my Executrix to pay all legitimate
expenses incurred in the administration of my estate as soon after my death
as shall be practicable.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my real property,
situated and known as 517 Grant Avenue,Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,to my children,namely,SANTO CANCILLA,SALVATORE
CANCILLA and ANTOINETTE CANCILLA,to share and share alike.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
both real and personal of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated,I give,
devise and bequeath to my daughter,ANTOINETTE CANCILLA.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint my said daughter,
ANTOINETTE CANCILLA,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament to serve without bond or other security,any law to the contrary
notwithstanding.
FIFTH:I hereby authorize and direct my Executrix to sell,
mortgage,lease,conveyor transfer any or all of my property,real and
personal,at public or private sale,and upon any terms as to cash or cr'edit

as she may in her discretion deem proper for my estate.
