being of sound mind and memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate,real,per-
sonal and mixed,to my beloved wife,Mabel Dantry,if living:otherwise,
to my two beloved daughters,namely:Betty J.Mankovich and Gloria M.
Karchella,equally share and share alike.The share of any deceased
child shall vest in her issue.
Third.In the event of a common hazard wherein my wife and I sus-
tain death,it shall be presumed that my wife pre-deceased me.
