LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

F ANNIE BARNHART
I,Fannie Barnhart,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I hereby direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my undivided
'"interest in and to the land and theater and all of my undivided interest in and
to all equipment and property used in connection therewith Bnd located at 514
and 516 McKean Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and all
of my undivided interest in and to the lots and dwelling house erected thereon
situate at the corner of Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue in the Borough of
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my daughter,Fannie Keaser,
and my granddaughters,Nellie Teegardner and Dorothy Mollenauer,and my
grandson,Robert Keaser,share and share alike.
ITEM III.I hereby give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of the property of which I may die seized to my daughter,
Fannie Keaser and my granddaughter~,Dorothy Mollenauer and Nellie
Teegardner,share and share alike.
