KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,CHARLES H.HIGGI S,
of the Township of Fcllowfield,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expense3 of my last illness and funeral as soon as conveniently
possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my t~vo (2)beloved children,CHARLE
C.HIGGINS and ALAN J.HIGGINS,in equal one-half (1/2)shares,to
have and to hold the same unto them,their heirs and assigns
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint CHARLES C.
MELVIN B.BASSI HIGGINS 3nd ALAN J.HIGGINS,Executors of this my Last Will and
ATTORNEY AT LAW
