LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ADA M.CARROLL,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
I
;Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will
or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:
SECOND:
THIRD:
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a
manner corresponding with my estate and station in life.
I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,James R.Car-
roll,his heirs and assigns forever,all my property,
real,personal and mixed,of what nature or kind soever,
and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my
decease.
In the event that my husband,James R.Carroll,should
predecease me,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
Ora Marquess,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,all my pro
perty,real,personal and mixed,of what nature or kind
soever,and wheresoever the same shall be at the time 0
my decease.

FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,James R.
Carroll,executor of my Will;and,in case he shall
predecease me or renounce,then I appoint my Counselor,
EDWARD V.SCIAMANNA,ESQ.,as executor in his place;
and direct that they may not be required to give.bond
or surety.
