I,WILLIAM FERGUSON BRO~rn,SR.,of the Borough of
Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills at
any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon as may be convenient after my death
SECOND:I will,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
wheresoever situate,real,personal or mixed,unto my beloved wife
Margaret Conner Brown,absolutely and in fee.Should my wife
predecease me,I will,devise and bequeath all of said property,
as aforesaid,to my son,William Ferguson Brown,Jr.;and should m
said son,William Ferguson Brown,Jr.,predecease me,I Will,devi e
and bequeath all of said property,as aforesaid,to my grandson,
Grant Arthur Brown.I do hereby appoint Reverend Franklin Brmvn
Gillespie as testamentary guardian of said Grant Arthur Brown.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said
wife,Margaret Conner Brown,Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament;and should my wife be deceased,then I appoint my son,
William Ferguson Brown,Jr.,as such Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 3/#day of July,1952.
