KNOW ALL ~BY THESE PRES&~TS,that I,Perry Hayvlood,
of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
having full legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any
and all Wills by me a~any time heretofore made,in manner and
form as follows:
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
a~l of my just debts,funeral expenses,transfer inheritance,
succession and estate taxes for the payment of which my estate
may be lawfully liable,and the expenses of the administration of
~T estate as soon after my decease as may be proper and expedient.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may
die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time
of my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several
items set forth in the preceding paragraph 1.hereof,I will,de-
vise and bequeath unto my three children,viz:Sara N.Boyd,wife
of David A.Boyd,of the City of McKeesport,Pennsylvania;Della
l.:.th .o_fe,wife of Joseph A.Wolfe,of Corpus Christi,exas;
aLd Clarence Perry Haywood,of R.D.2,onongahela,Pennsylvania;
in fee simple and absolutely and in equal shares to each.
3.I hereoy authorize and direct my ~ecutor for the
purpose of the administration and distribution of my estate to
convert all of my assets,both real and personal,into cash,and
for this purpose,I do hereby authorize and empower him to make,
acknowledge and deliver bills of sale,or other assurances in law
which mEy be necessary to conveyor transfer the title thereof to
any purchaser or purchasers without any liability on the part of
the latter to see to tne applications of the purchase moneys,and
without leave of Court so to do.
