I,STEWART A.DAGUE,JR.,of South Franklin Township,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will,and
revoke any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease,
SECOND:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,of
every nature and wherever situate,to my wife,Jane Dague,pro-
viding she shall survive me by one hundred twenty (120)days.
THIRD:Should my wife,Jane Dague,predecease me or die on
or before the one hundred twentieth day following my death,I
devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,of every nature and
wherever situate,in equal shares,to my chi1dren,Shir1ey Com-
fort,Susan Hutson,Kathy MOore,Charles Dague,Roger Dague and
Ode1 Dague.
FOURTH:I appoint my wife,Jane Dague,Executrix of this
my last Will,and I direct that she shall not be required to give
bond for the faithful performance of her duties in any juris-
diction.Should my wife,Jane Dague,fail to qualify or cease to
act as Executrix,I appoint my sons,Roger Dague and Ode1 Dague,
Executors of th~s my last Will.
