CARUSO,ot Burgettstown,R.D.#3,...
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
disposing memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIR~T:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully.paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all my personal and house-
hold effects of every kind,including furniture,book,wearing
apparel and automobiles.,tQ my wife,Fearl Caruso..If she shall
not survive me,then I give and bequeath my household and person 1
effects to my children surviving me in equal ..shares,thedivlsl,0t:l
to be made by my Executor or Executrix,such division.to be final.
THIRD:I give and devis.e my real .prop·erty s1 tuate in
Hanover Township,known as the Tucker Farm,being my homestead,
together with all the improvements,ther.eon and all.farm.machinery,
tools .and equipment,if any,to my wife,Pearl,.for lire.,..or,if
she predeceases me,to my surviving.children.i~equal shares.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue.and remaind.er ..of .my
estate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever.nature and whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my child.ren,..John,
Russ,Mary Rosa and Pearl,share.and share alike,or the survivor
of them,their heirs and assigns forever~
FIFTH:I appoint my.wife,Pearl Caruso,as Executrix
under my Will.If she does not survive me or fails to qualify,I
appoint my son,John,substitute Execut0r.I also appoint my wife t
Fearl,as guardian of my children if need be and if she does not
survive me,then I appoint my son,John,as guardian.I trust tha;
neither shall be required to give bond or other security for the
faithful performance of their duties.
SIXTH:I recommen~that my Executrix or Executor,as th
case may be,retain Edward V.Sciamanna,Esq.,as attorney in the
handling of my said estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,TONY CARUSO,the Testator above
mentioned,have hereunts subscribed my name and affixed my seal an
