being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
!publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or willi heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
a.!conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,to my beloved wife,Alice B.Casper.
Third.In the event of the death of 'my beloved wife prior to
mine,I give,bequeath and devise as follows:
(a)I give the sum of $1,000.00 to my beloved granddaughter,
Kathleen Sobrasky,and the sum of $1,000.00 to my beloved grandson,
James Sobrasky.
(b)The balance of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give
and bequeath to my beloved daughter,Charlotte Sobrasky.
