LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JESSE T.HOUSTON,of the Borough of Carnegie,County of Al-
legpeny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last ill
and Testament,in manner and form foll~ing,he reby revoking any will or
wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I hereby direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my last illness and funeral and of all other just debts.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all my worldly goods
of whatever nature and wherever situate,both real,personal or mixed,
unto my wife,Frances L.Houston.
THIRD:Should my wife predecease me or die as a result of a
common disaster with me,then I hereby give,devis e and beque ath all my
worldly goods of wha tever natur e and whe rever situate,both real,pe rsonal
or mixed,unto my son,Francis Houston,and my daughter,Isabel J.Camp,
sha re and share alike.
FOlRTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Frances L.Houston,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and I
direct that she shall not be required to enter bond in any jurisdiction
in which she Tiay act.
FIFTH:If,however,my wife should predecease me,or if she
should not deaire to serve as my Executrix,or if for any other reason
she is unable to serve as my Executrix,then I constitute,nominate and
appoint my soo,Francis Houston,to be Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
