I,DOMINICK D'ORAZIO,SR.,of the Borough of Bentleyville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do on this the:1~~r~{day of August,
1979,hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last
Will and Testa~ent,hereby revoking any and all other Wills,
Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I hereby nominate and appoint JOHN J.D'ORAZIO,to be
the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and direct that
he be permitted to serve without bond.
2.I direct that my Executor pay from out of the proceeds
of my estate all of my just debts including the expenses of my
funeral and the costs of administration.
3.The rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
the same be real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to
my children living at the time of my death,in equal shares,share
and share alike.
