LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,VENCENZO JAMES BELLI,husband of Mary Belli,of
Hanover Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,pub-
lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me.
First:I direct the payment of all my just debts,in-
cluding my funeral bill,as soon as is reasonably convenient.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,MARY
BELLI,a life interest in all my estate,real,personal or mixed,
wheresoever situate and wheresoever found.
Third:Upon the death of my said wife,I give,devise
and bequeath the remainder interest in my estate,real,personal
or mixed,wheresoever situate and wheresoever found,in equal
shares,to my three children,viz:YULANDA B.BARONE;ARTHUR
BELLI;and EDITH B.BEPLER,their heirs and assigns forever.
Fourth:I appoint my daughter,EDITH B.BEPLER,of
Hanover Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,as Executrix of
this will,and authorize,empower and direct her to sell any real
estate of which I die seized at the termination of the life estate
devised in this will to my wife,Mary Belli,at either public or
private sale and at such price or prices,and at such time or
times,as to her seems fit and reasonable,and to give a deed or
deeds for the same,without an order of court.
