I,Miss MARY MARGARET CONWAY,of finleyville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills or
Testaments heretofore by me at any time made.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Executrix
hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all of my property
as follows:To Mrs.Grace Morgan of Finleyville,Pennsylvania,
the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
To my nephew,Mr.Ray Conway,of Seattle,Washington,
the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
To Mrs.Ann Morgan of Finleyville,Pennsylvania,the
sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00)
To the St.Francis Church of Finleyville,Pennsylvania
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
To the Vincentian Home of Pittsburgh,the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
To Mrs.Hazel Boyd of Finleyvil.le,Pennsylvania,the
sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
To my niece,Mrs.Jean Campbell of Seattle,Washington
the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
To my niece,Mrs.Mary Beirnesser of Kittaning Pike,
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00
ALL of the above bequests·shall be given tax free,
and my estate shall pay the inheritance tax on the same.
All the rest residue and remainder of my estate real,
personal,or mixed wheresoever the same may be situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my nephew Ray Conway of Seattle,Washington.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoin
Mrs.Hazel Boyd to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,to serve without bond.
