I,Miriam L.Holt,a resident of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and decla:-e this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon after rny decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I hereby g~ve,devise and bequeath all of the property of
which I may die seized to my three daughters,Mrs.Gladys W.Phipps,Mrs.
Phyllis F.FIacco,and Mrs.Miriam V.Kurtz,share and share alike.
ITEM III.I hereby direct any stock of which I may die seized in General
Motors Corporation or in Globe Ticket Company be distributed to my three
residuary legatees in kind,and further provide that none of said stock shall be
disposed of by anyone or more of my daughters within two years from the date
of my death.In the event such a restriction may not be placed upon the stock
by the transfer agents of the respective companies,I direct that distribution
thereof by my Executor be withheld until said period of time,but do direct that
the income therefrom be distributed to them after the Adjudication and Decree
in the settlement of my estate.
ITEM IV.I hereby nominate and appoint Gladys W.Phipps as Exec1~trix
of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event she is unable or unwilling -':0
serve,I hereby nominate and appoint Claude A.Phipps as Executor of this my
Last Will and Testame!1t.
This instrument consisting of one (1)typewritten page,(bearing the
signature of the above named Miriam L.Holt),was by her on the date hereof
signed,published am:declared by her to be her Last Will and Testament,in
our presence,who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of
each other,we believing her to be of sound and disposing mind and memory
have hereunto subscribed our names as witness s:
