LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARY CHORA'rCH,als 0 known as MARY GUCHRAC,of the
Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby
make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my funeral expenses are to be
paid by my son George Choratch,from the proceeds which he will
receive from a death benefit certificate,issued upon my life by
the Ladies Pennsylvania Slovak Roman and Greek Catholic Union
through St.Catherine's Lodge,Branch No.165,wherein he has bee
designated as beneficiary of such death benefits.If my bene-
ficiary should be changed by the time of my death,I hereby direct
such new beneficiary to pay such funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter Anna Chase,her heirs and assigns.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint my daughter,Anna
Chase as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHBREOF,I,MARY CHORATCH,also known as
MARY GUCHRAC,the Testatrix above named,have hereunto subscribed
my name and affixed my seal this Eighth day of May,A.D.,1957.
