LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WILLIAM HURTON,of the B0rough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills
heretofore made by me.
First:I direct that all my ,just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid as soon as conveniently may be,after
my decease.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my death,to
my beloved Wife,HELEN STAMM HURT ON ,her heirs and assigns,
in fee simple and absolutely.
Third:I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife,Helen
Stamm Horto~,to be Executor of th~s my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,William Horton,the Testator above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
