and State of Pennsylvania being of 80und mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and'Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
Fir8t.I direct that all my just debt8 and funeral expenses be fully paid and 8atisfied,as 800n
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I hereby give devise and bequeath to my daul~hter ROSE
M.RIE DE VUONO th3 west side of the dwelling whi~h she now occupies
nnd consisting of four (4)rooms together with a part of the lot
on which the dwelling is situated and described as follows.
Beginning on the South side of Lincoln Street at a point on a
straight line running North and South with the partition of said
dwelling and extending in a Southern direction to the South boun-,
dery line of said lot,this bequeath is made sUbject to the follo-
wing reservation,that,my son George Jules Brun ahd his heirs
shall have the right of ingress and egress upon the above parcel of
land for the sole and only purpose of obtaining water from the water
well on said lot and that my son Geor6e Jules Brun and my daughter
Rose Marie De Vuono shall pay an equal amount t)be used in order
to keep the Well and its Equiptment in good order.This reservation
is to terminate when my son or his lleirs dispose of his or their
interest in their share of my estate.
Third.I hereby give devise and bequeath to my son GeorGe Jules
Brun,all the balance of my estate,tllat is to say all my personal
and all rbp,e_'balance of my real estate also all tile unpaid balance
ti.lat may be due from.ti.le .Government for a Life Insurance Policy
on the life of John A0J.H.no:mw Brun and handled thru the Bureau of
veterans Administration,Branch Office #3 5000Wissahickon Avenue
