I,CHARLES H.HAMMOND,of ~he City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,bein.~of sound mind,memory
and understanding,dc make t~is my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any ~nd all Nills or papers in the nature there-
of heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,
real,personal and mixed,t~my wife,Frieda K.Hammond,provided
she survives ~e for a perioc of sixty (60)days,and in the event
she is not living on the sixty-first day following my death,
I give,devise and bequeath all my estate to my son,Robert
Hammond,his heirs and assigns,and during his minority I do
appoint ~I~guardian of his estate.
SECOND:I nominate,constitute and appoint my
wife,Frieda K.Hammond,Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHE~EOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal,this dett-If day of September,1961.
