LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN DUNYAK,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all former Wills or testamentary writings
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be fully
paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently possible after my death
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand and no/100
($1,000.00)Dollars to each of the following:BERNADETTE VELICKY,
GREGORY DUNYAK,DENISE A.DUNYAK,ROBERT G.DUNYAK and MICHAEL B.
DUNYAK.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,whether real,personal or mixed,and
wheresoever the same may be situate in equal shares to the follow-
ing:MICHAEL DUNYAK,GEORGE DUNYAK,MARY McFADDEN and ANN DUNYAK.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint MICHAEL DUNYAK and GEORGE DUNYAK
as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 28th day of February,1979.
