FIRST:I direct the payment of all my debts,01.meral expenses and the cost of a stone marker upon my grave. I direct that all inheritance,succession and estate taxes be borne by the principal of my residuary estate and that my Executors pay or provide for the payment of such taxes at such time or times and in such manner as they deem to be advisable. SECOND:I give and bequeath my household goods,furniture and per- sonal effects to my nieces and nephews,equally. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the balance of my residuary estate,real,personal and mixed,to the PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA,IN TRUST HOWEVER,for the following uses and purposes: (1)The Trustee shall pay,in convenient instalments,the net income arising from my residuary estate to my sister,ANN ALISON CLARK CARY,now residing in Mandan,North Da'~ota.
