LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CHARLES W.HUGHES,of 50 West Maiden Street,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and rendering void any and all Wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment of my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently done after
my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath to my brother,Walter William Hughes,
my sister,Helen H.Schoenberger,and my good friend,Elizabeth
Martin Stroup,in equal shares or portions.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute,and appoint my
sister,Helen H.Schoenberger,and my good friend,Elizabeth
Martin Stroup,either or both of them as they may elect,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,to serve without
bond.
