I,Thomas Helm,Sr.,of Union Township,Washington
County,Fennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publ~sh and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my four children,
Mary C.Parish,Irene Sokolovich,Cecelia Petro and Th~mas Helm,
Jr.,share and share alike and to be equally divided among them.
THIRD;I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved
daughter,Mary C.Parish,as the executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament.
