make,publish and declare the following to be my last Will and
Testament.
1.I hereby revoke any 3nd a:l Will,Testaments,and
Codicils by me at any time heret0fore Made.
2.I nJrli nate and a.ppoint my l'Ji fe !\'IARIE G.CONNORS t·]be
he executrix of this my la.st ~ill and Testament,and I direct
hat she be permitted to serve without bond.
3.I direct that my executrix prnmptly pay frnm out of
he proceeds of my estate all of my just debts,inclUding the
.xpenses of my funeral and the costs of administratio~.
4.I give,devise,and bequeath all of my property
..hether the same be real,personal,or mixed,unto my wife Marie
•Connors in fee simple forever.
5.In the event that my wife afQrenamed should have
redeceased rre,or in the event that we should meet )ur ~eaths in
common disaster,then I five,deVise,and bequeath all of my
