me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direot that all my just debts,funeral expenses,expenses
of the settlement of my Estate and Transfer Inheritanoe taxes b
paid as soon after ray deoease as may be found oonvenient.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to Ilary Craig the sum of Five Hundred
(500)Dollars,tax free,in addition to her share in my estate.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to John Franzoi the sum of Five Hundred
(500)Dollars,tax free,in appreoiation of his kindness.
FOURTH:I have given Mary Craig a key to my look box in the Bank
and request th~t she may assist in the distribution of my estate,
by identify~ng the beneficiaries or legatees named.
FIFTH:All the rest.residue and remainder of my estate,Real,Per-
sonal and Ilixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate(includ-
ing at present my Residenoe at '225 Hallam Ave,Meadowlands,two
Properties on Hallam Ave.,on whieh I may negotiate sales,Governmen
Bonds in my lock box in the Bank and nay Savings Aocount)I give,De-
vise and bequeath unto my Exeoutor hereinafter named or to his suo-
oessors or assigns,with full power,in his disoretion to convert
my entire estate into personalty and to do any and all things neces-
Bary for the complete administration of ray Estate,inclUding the
power to sell at public or private sale,without order of Court and
Without giving Bond,any Real or Personal prGperty belonging to my
estate,and to otherwise settl~adjust or distribute my entire Es-
tate,in equal shares,among the 1ol1owing named persons who may be
living at the time of ray death:-(eight persons named)

The (1/8)share of any person deceased shall be distributed among
the survivors together with either pecuniary legaoy which shall
lapse,in oase he or she does not survive rae.
Ily Exeoutor.his successors or assigns shall have full power to
retain,sell,lease,mortgage,exchange or otherwise dispose of any
or all of my Estate and employ other agents to disoharge his duties,
any distribution may be in money,securities or in kind,and his
judgment as to what shall oonstitute a just and proper division or
apportionment among beneficiaries shall be binding and conclusiv~.
In case of the death of my Executor while engaged in his administra-
tive duties,the settlement shall be completed as quickly as may be
reasonably possible.
