LAST WILL AND TESTM~ENT
I,Louis Balog of R.D.#l West BrownsvillB in the County of
Washington and the State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and
memorY,and considering the uncertanity of lif ,therefore make,
ordain,publish and declare,this to be my last Will and Testament.
First,I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter nameIpayallmyjustdebtsan"funeral expense as soon after my deceasIasconvenientlymaybe.-
Second,After the payment of s~ch funeral expenses and debt
I give,devise and bequeath,unto my daughter Helen Balog Lutian
all the propertY,real and personal and effect of every name and
natare which I now have,may die possesed of or may bB entitled tal
her heirs and aasigns forever.
Third,All the rest and residue of my prppertY,be including
any money which I now have,may die posses~ed of or may be entitle
to,I hereby givB,devise and bequeath unto the following children,
share and share alike and to be divided equally;
Rose Balog Voytasek,wife of Elles Voytasek,Clarksville,Pennsylvan·a
Anna Balog Kadi,wife of Leonard Kadi,Detroit Michigan.

Fourth,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint mydaughter
Helen Balog Lutian sale Executrix of this,my last Will and Te tam
and it is my wish,and I do hereby request that she may not be-
compell~d to give any bond or security as such Executrix and that
may settle the Astate,at pUblic or private sale,as she may thi k
and pay the debts ~ithout being compelled to account to the Count
