I,MARY E.DEAROLPH,of the Borough of Mcronald,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time pre-
viously made,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,in
manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
and satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:In the event that my husband,WILBUR L.DEAROLPH,
shall be alive at the time of the probate of this,my Last Will and
Testament,I then give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real
and personal and wheresoever situate at the time of ny decease,to
my said husband,WILBUR L.DEAROLPH,absolutely,and in such case,I
hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said husband,WILBUR L.
DEAROLPH,as Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and direct
that he shall not be required to file any bond in connection with the
settlement of my said estate.
THIRD:In the event that my husband,WILBUR L.DEAROLPH,
shall not be living at the time of the probate of this,my Last Will
and Testament,I hereby give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both
real and personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,
to my five children,share and share alike,their heirs and assigns
forever,as follows:
a.ALVIN M.DEhROLPH of Chicago,Illinois,
b.GEORGE W.DEAROLPH of McDonald,Pennsylvania,
c.EVA L.DEAROLPH of McDonald,Pennsylvania,
d.ANNE M.DEAROLPH of McDonald,Pennsylvania,
e.MARY E.DEAROLPH of McDonald,Pennsyl vania,
and in such case,I do hereby nominate,constitute a~d appoint JOSEPH
A.MATCHETT of Midway,Pennsylvania as Executor,if ~e is alive and
willing to serve,of this,my Last Will and Testament,and direct
that he shall not be required to file any bond in connection with
the settlement of my said estate.If the said JOSEP3 A.MATCHETT is
not alive or not willing to serve at the time of the proba~e of this
my Last Will and Testament~I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son,GEORGE W.DEAROLPH,as Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and direct that he shall not be required to fil~any bond
in connection with the set~lement of my said estate.
