I,A.T.Craven,also known as Armour T.Craven,of
Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full
legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills
by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay
my funeral expenses and the costs of the administration of my
estate as soon after my decease as may be proper and expedient.
2.I direct that my Executors shall have my body
interred in the family lot in the Beallsville Cemetery,Beallsvill .,
Pennsylvania,and erect,or cause to be erected,an appropriate
marker upon my grave.
3.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may
die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time
of my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several
-items set forth in the preceding paragraphs hereof,I will,devise,
land bequeath unto my sister,Elizabeth T.Craven,in fee simple
and absolutely,provided,however,that she shall survive me in
life.In the event that my said sister,Elizabeth T.Craven,
should predecease me,then,it is my will that my estate shall be
distributed as follows:
a.I will and,devise all of my real estate,
wheresoever situate or found,of which I may die seized,or to
I which I may be entitled at the time of my decease,to John J.
Demeter,his heirs and assigns,in fee simple and absolutely.
b.I will and bequeath all of my silver,china,
linens,jewelry,clothing,household equipment and furniture,and
farm equipment and machinery,to John J.Demeter,absolutely.
c.I will,devise,and bequeath the one-half (!)
part of my residuum estate unto my sister,Sarah L.Guyer,of 1411
Westerly Terrace,Los Angeles,California,in fee simple and
absolutely;and I do further provide that in the event that my
said sister,Sarah L.Guyer,should also predecease me,then all
of the one-half (!)part of my said residuum estate shall devolve
upon and vest in my nephew,R.Armour Guyer,of 1411 Westerly
Terrace,Los Angeles,California,in fee simple and absolutely;
and the remaining one-half (!)part of my said residuum estate,
I will,devise,and bequeath unto John J.Demeter,in fee simple
and absolutely.
4.I do hereby appoint Joseph L.Hoffmann and John J.
Demeter to be the Executors of this my said Last Will and Testa-
mente
