I,W.O.BREESE,of North Franklin Township,Washing
ton County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FI ST:I give and bequeath all of my carpentry tool
to my two sons,Lloyd and Howard,in equal shares.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the balance of my person
alty to my wife,Hattie Breese.
THIRD:I devise all of my real estate to my son
Howard and my daughter Ethe~IN TRUST,to hold and rent the sa e,
to collect the income,and after paying all expenses incident to
the management of the trust to pay over the net income to my said
wife,Hattie,for her individual use and benefit,for and during
the term of her natural life.The said Trustees shall allow my
said wife,Hattie,if she so desires,the free use and enjoyment
of the home property on Redstone Road,North Franklin Township.
Upon the death of my said wife,Hattie,I give and
devise said real estate,in equal shares,to my five children:
Estella,Ethel,Esther,Howard and Lloyd.
FOURTH:I appoint my son,Howard,and my daughter,
Ethel,as my Executors,and direct that they receive full compen-
sation for their services both as Trustees and as Executors.I
request that Richard G.Miller,Jr.,be retained as attorney in
the settling of my estate.
