FIFTH.In the event that anyone or more of my children shall predecease me leaving issue to survive me,I direct that the share - 1 - of my estate that would have been received by the child so prede- ceasing me shall be divided among his issue per stirpes and not per capita.In the event that any of my children shall predecease me without leaving issue to survive me,I direct that the share of my estate such child would have received had he survived me shall be divided among my issue per stirpes and not per capita,except that if all of my i~sue so taking are in the same degree of consanguinity to me,they shall take in equal shares.
