I,ANDREW DOVEC,Widower,a resident of the Borough of
Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as
all instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,
and do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may
be after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and
wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my death,unto my children namely,JOHN A.
DOVEC and RUTH M.GOBLECK,in equal proportions,share and share
alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
JOHN A.DOVEC,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
