LAST "rrLL AND TESTAMENT
I,HARRY W.HOOVER,of West Bethlehem Township,Washington
County,Pennsy~vania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time ~eretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practicable after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my son,John W.
Hoover,his heirs and assig~s forever.
THIRD:I appoint my son,John W.Hoover,Executor of this
my Will,and I direct that ~e shall not be required to enter
security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament this 15-day of April,1963.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by HARRY W.HOOVER,
the above named Testator,as and for ~is Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who,at his request,in his presence,and
in the presence of each other,all being present at the same time
have hereunto subscribed our names as nesses.
