LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT-------
In the Name of God,Amen,I,VITO CATERINI,of the
Borough of Stockdale,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do make my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following:-
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be conveniently done after my
decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate at the time
of my death to my three sons,WILLIAM CATERINI,EDWARD CATERINI,
and CONSTANTINO CATERINI,share and share alike,their heirs and
assigns forever,or the survivor of them who is living at the
time of my death.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
H.RUSSELL STAHLMAN,sole Executor of this my Last Will and

named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this
