I,U.M.BEOK,of the Borough of Oanonsburg,Washington county,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make,pUbliRh and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I.I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the ex-
pense of settling my estate be paid out of my estate by my Executrix
hereinafter named as soon after my decea~e ··as may be practicable.,
2.I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named payout of my
eRtate unto my mother Katherine Beck for and during the lifet iDle of
the latter the sum of four hundred dollars per year,payable quarter-
yearly.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of wha~-
soever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,real,personal,or
mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Alice M.Beck.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint Iny said wife Alice M.
Beck Executrix of this my will.
