I,PETE BERTELLI,single,of Fredericktown,East Bethlehem
Township,Washington 'County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all
instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and testa-
mentary expenses shall be paid by my Executors hereinafter named,
as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and where-
soever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my death,unto my three nephews,BALDIE COSTA,
JESSE COSTA,and MARTIN COSTA,in equal proportions,share and
share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint BALDIE
COSTA,JESSE COSTA and MART IN ·COSTA,Executors of this my Last
Will and Testament.
IN WlTNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
