lAST WILL AND TESTANlliNT
I,GOLDIE CAPLAN,also known as GOLDIE CAPLEN,
widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,County of Washington and
State of pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time here-
to f ore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid,as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter Rose,the sum mf One (~~l.OO)Dollar.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my Estate,whether real,personal or mixed,wheresoever the
same may be situate,I give,devise and bequeath the same in
equal shares to my following four children;that is,a one-fourth
(i)share to my daughter Esther;a one-fourth (~)share to my
son William;a one-fourth share to my daughter Helen;and a one-
fourth share to my daughter Marion,for their own proper use and
benefit forever.
FOURTH:I hereby appoint my daughter Esther
and my son William as Executors of this my Last ~ill and Testament.
