ESTHER BERMAN
I,EsrHER BERMAN,ot the City ot Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of soun4 and disposing mind,memory anc
understanding,do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Tes-
tament,hereby revpking and making void all other Wills by me at ary
time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred
($200.00)Dollars to the Haddassah Hospital at Palestine,to be
used for cancer research.
3.I give,devise and bequeath the sum ot Two Hundred
($200.00)Dollars to Youth Jrriyah,to be forwarded to it through
the local Chapter.
4.I direct that the above legacies shall be paid in
full without any deductions whatsoever for any taxes,inheritance
or otherwise,and that the said tax or any charge against said lega
cies shall be paid out of my estate.
:.5.I give,devise and bequeath to each of my two grand-
daughters,Deborah Lee Berman and Carol Jean Berman,a diamond ring
6.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my property,real,personal or mixed,and of whatsoevel
nature and wheresoever situate,to my two sons,Louis Berman and
Bernard H.Berman.
7.I hereby nominate,oonstitute and appoint my husband,
Samuel Berman,executor of this,my last will and testament,and,i1
~e be not liVing at the time of my death,then I appoint my said twc
sons,Louis Berman and Bernard H.Berman,executors.
In Witness Whereof,I,Esther Berman,testatrix above
named,have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal
