I,NICK HULYK,of Cecil Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,hereby revoking
any and all Wills by me at any time previously made,do hereby make
this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
I FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay and
settle all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my de-
cease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate both real and
Ipersonal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease to my son,
HARRY HULYK,of R.D.Jeannette,Pennsylvania.
LASTLY:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,HARRY
HULYK,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
