I,J.REESE HILL,also known as JOSEPH REESE
HILL,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this
as and fol"my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
null and void any and all wills and testaments or writings in the
nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same
may be situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath
to my son,David Reese Hill.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my son,
David Reese Hill,executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
