I,Herbert Hertzog.of the Borough of Bentleyville,Washington
County.Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory.and understanding do
hereby make.publish and declare the fo:"lowing to be my last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any Will or Wills heretofore
made by me.
First,I desire all my just tlebts and funeral expenses be paid and
discharged as soon as may be conveniently done so after my decease.and that
my body be interred in the family lot in the Monongahela Cemetery at
Monongahela.Pennsylvania.
Second.I hereby devise and bequeath to my daughter.Jean H.Teale.
the sum of $1.000.00 in lieu of services she has rendered to me during the
latter part of my living in Bentleyville,Pennsylvania.
Third.I hereby devise and bequeath to my son,William VI.Hertzog,
the sum of $100.00.H'e having received 1".is full and equitable share of rr:y
estate from ne during my lifatime.
Fourth.I hereby give,devise,anc.bequeath unto my daughters,Jean
H.Teale and Helen H.Himes and my son,JOM Hertzog,the remainder of rr..y
estate,share and share alike,real,personal and mixed,or of whatever
nature and lC..nd and wheresoe-ler the same may be situate at the time of my death.
Fifth.I hereby nominate and constitute and appoint my son John Hertzog
to be :EXecutor of this my last Will and Te·stament without bond.
In testimony whereof,I hereunto set my hand and seal at Bentleyville.
