I,ROLAND W.BROWN,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being competent so to do,do hereby make and publish this my
Laet Wi1]and Testament.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister Hilda B.Enos,(should
she outlive me)all the real and personal prope~I may possess at the
time of my death,otherwise my estate sha1!be distributed among my legal
heirs,in as nearly equal parts as possible.
SEOOND:I request that my Beneficiary (Hilda B.Enos)see that any expense
of my last illness remaining unpaid also my funeral expense,be paid forthwith,
together with any expense there may be in connection with the carrying out of
the provisions of this Will.
THIRD:I request that my nephew Roland B.Enos,be given my watch and chain,
and that the said Hilda B.Enos distribute any of my personal belongings which
she herself does not care to keep,among my nephews,nieces and friends as she
may see fit •
.FOURTH:I request that my funeral be as simple as possible,I have no choice of
a burial place,I leave that to the jUdgment of my remaining family.
FIFTH:I name as the Executors of my Estate,my sister,Hilda B.Enos,and my
very good friend Charles S.Bateman,Cashier of The First National Bank in
Charleroi,Pennsylvania,and request that they serve without bond.
SIXTH:This Will cancels the one made as of April 21,19~7,which has been
destroyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this 21st day of
